Summer Analysts undergo an rigorous three-to-five-day training and orientation session led by the same expert instructors and inspiring J.P. Morgan professionals who train full-time Analysts.

That's where you'll learn about J.P. Morgan as a global organization with the breadth of products and depth of knowledge to provide clients with innovative solutions. You will hear about our history as the bank that built corporate America. You'll discover the many ways we continue to help our clients solve problems and seize opportunities. You will gain the technical knowledge you need to succeed as a Summer Analyst. And, you’ll have a support network including everyone from Human Resources colleagues to Managing Directors across the firm backing the whole learning experience.

But that's just the beginning. Every day, you'll learn a great deal from your colleagues and teammates and most of all, from hands-on experience on the desk, doing the same type of work full-time Analysts do. J.P. Morgan interns are even known to accompany deal teams to client pitches.

Over the course of the summer, you will also be invited to weekly enrichment sessions, speaker series, and networking events where you can start building your network and meet employees from every part of the firm. You will meet J.P. Morgan’s top leaders who will talk quite candidly about their experiences on Wall Street. Last summer’s senior speakers ranged from the co-CEOs of J.P. Morgan's Investment Bank to the head of Global Currency & Commodities. They will share with you the lessons they've learned and the ways their careers evolved throughout their time at J.P. Morgan.

You'll have mentors, including a senior executive, to share their experiences with you and guide you through your summer at the firm. They will discuss their career paths with you, answer your questions about the firm and provide you with ongoing feedback and support during your time with us.
