Our interdisciplinary training programs are designed to be current, practical, and aligned with the IB’s business priorities.  You will emerge with a broad base of cross-product and cross-asset knowledge, as well as a range of highly transferable professional skills.

Associate-level training programs:

• The Global Investment Banking Program provides Associates who will move into investment banking, debt or equity origination or corporate banking with the tools they need to succeed
• Sales & Trading Associates participate in the Global Sales & Trading Program designed to enhance cross-asset and cross-product knowledge
• The Global Research Program provides Associates with the advanced technical skills they need to succeed in equity or credit research
• The Global Private Bank Program provides Associates with advanced product knowledge and client skills required for dealing with ultra high net worth individuals

All classes are taught by expert consultants as well as top J.P. Morgan professionals. We take a team approach that encourages you to work in groups and also focus on you as an individual to make sure you are mastering the training content and can connect it to day-to-day life. 

All programs provide a challenging and interactive learning process that utilizes tools such as case studies, team exercises, and trading simulations. You will master the relevant core skills such as accounting, valuation, and credit analysis and understand their applications in the markets.  Series 7, 63 and other regulatory-based training is provided during the final week for Associates who require these certifications.

By the end of the program, you will have an understanding of the strength of the firm's global platform.
